What you will do

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor for CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects to drive product adoption.
• Develop and execute Customer Adoption Plans aligned with client business strategies.
• Perform hands-on prototyping and light integration of hirify.global, Graph Studio, and AI Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Expert Services to identify scaling opportunities and de-risk expansions.
• Capture field insights and act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap via the Field CTO.
• Mentor other TAMs and contribute to internal adoption playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical customer management, consultancy, or presales within the software industry.
• Proficiency in software delivery practices, data systems, and AI solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
