What you will do

• Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks.
• Monitor account health, utilization, and feature adoption to drive engagement and mitigate risks.
• Configure hirify.global solutions and automate workflows based on documented best practices.
• Integrate AI and automation into customer workflows to improve efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells.
• Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Solid understanding of platform capabilities, automation logic, and integrations.
• Strong applied AI fluency, including prompt design and experience using generative AI to improve work quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and building stakeholder trust.
• Ability to interpret usage data and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.
