What you will do
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks.
- Monitor account health, utilization, and feature adoption to drive engagement and mitigate risks.
- Configure solutions and automate workflows based on documented best practices.
- Integrate AI and automation into customer workflows to improve efficiency and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Solid understanding of platform capabilities, automation logic, and integrations.
- Strong applied AI fluency, including prompt design and experience using generative AI to improve work quality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and building stakeholder trust.
- Ability to interpret usage data and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.
