Location: Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; projects span the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

What you will do
- Develop innovative, performance-based fire engineering, fire protection, and alternative compliance solutions.
- Lead complex Fire and Life Safety projects, including code reviews, engineering analyses, technical reports, site inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Act as the primary technical lead with design teams, clients, and Civil Defense authorities.
- Build client relationships, support business development, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 4–7 Fire Engineers.
- Support project planning, resource management, commercial performance, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification or higher in Engineering, preferably Fire Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status or progress toward chartership; Professional Engineer registration in Fire Engineering or equivalent certification is desirable.
- At least 13 years of Building Code and Fire and Life Safety consulting experience in a professional consultancy environment.
- Proven Middle East experience with building code consulting, performance-based design, plan reviews, field reviews, and Fire and Life Safety inspections.
- Strong communication, leadership, project management, client engagement, and team mentoring skills.
- Established client network, commercial awareness, and willingness to support business growth.
