Completion Lead (Oil & Gas)

Location: Resident during the preparation phase at the CPF-2 EPCC contractor preparation location, based in Istanbul, Turkey, with an option in the UAE; rotation during the execution phase at the CPF-2 construction site in Ratawi Field, North Rumaila, Iraq. Missions to Iraq are required three times per year for one week each, with possible missions to the UK, Turkey, and UAE.

What you will do

• Set up, structure, and populate the ICAPS database for CPF-2 and NWP packages in line with OPERCOM methodology and the project breakdown structure.
• Coordinate with COMPANY, contractor, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to define system boundaries, completion sequences, handover criteria, and punch list requirements.
• Validate completion workflows, preservation routines, maintenance plans, completion procedures, and completion dossiers.
• Supervise the COMPANY completions support team of three staff members and coordinate with contractor counterparts.
• Monitor system completions, punch items, pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers, RFC, AoC, and TOM milestones.
• Provide completion status, KPI, system handover, lessons learned, and decision-support reporting for project teams.

Requirements

• Engineer degree or equivalent technical background; technicians may be accepted based on experience.
• At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, focused on Completion, Commissioning, or Construction.
• Several successful assignments in similar office/site positions.
• Strong knowledge of OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS software.
• Experience working in a client role and interfacing with EPSCC contractors.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
