AMD and EADSIM Specialist (Air and Missile Defense)

Location: Onsite with the UAE Air Warfare Center customer in Abu Dhabi, UAE; posting location listed as Huntsville, AL, United States.

What you will do

• Translate Master Event Scenario Lists, Master Event Lists, Operation Orders, Concept of Operations, and training vignettes into digital air and ballistic missile defense scenarios using EADSIM and other simulation platforms.
• Develop realistic Integrated Air and Missile Defense scenarios tailored to locations, timelines, training objectives, weapon-system capabilities, and limitations.
• Implement and manage scripted and dynamic blue, red, and neutral force environments for Live, Virtual, and Constructive exercises.
• Integrate and manage federated simulations, validate threat databases, and represent kinematic trajectories, radar cross-section data, and infrared signatures.
• Install and update Windows operating systems and simulation software, configure sensor and weapon parameters, validate system integrity, provide exercise support, and archive system data.
• Deliver system briefings, compile modeling data, coordinate with vendor teams, and prepare exercise plans, reports, after-action reviews, planning notes, meeting minutes, and monthly activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Critical-thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance and the ability to retain the clearance.
• Formal EADSIM Fundamentals training at the Teledyne Brown Engineering schoolhouse and at least one EADSIM Advanced Training class, with certificates available as proof of attendance.

Nice to have

• 15 or more years of experience with Air Defense Command and Control Systems.
• 10 or more years of experience in Air Defense systems integration.
• At least 2 years of experience using EADSIM to model air and missile defense systems.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
• EADSIM Training Course Completion.
