Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: United States; remote or hybrid work available depending on preference.

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own go-to-market and onboarding strategy for enterprise customers and merchant partners.
• Define acquisition approaches and build scalable onboarding playbooks, qualification frameworks, and operational processes.
• Use AI tools, SQL, automation, and large datasets to surface insights and improve workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, customer and merchant health, and GTM effectiveness.
• Synthesize field feedback and data signals into product and operational recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.
• End-to-end ownership of go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools for workflow automation and insight generation.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence operators, sales teams, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to work hands-on and understand details at the lowest level.
