Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Software Delivery): Managing end-to-end software delivery across multiple client engagements with an accent on Fixed Price projects, scope management, and financial accountability. Location: Remote or hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine. Must not be based in Russia or Belarus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle, including scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Gather and refine requirements directly with client stakeholders, maintaining the product backlog.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, manage financial forecasting, and ensure successful client acceptance.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
• Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, estimation, and solution shaping.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in the software industry, with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one Fixed Price engagement, including scoping, estimation, and margin accountability.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Practical experience with business analysis techniques such as gap analysis, BPMN, or user journeys.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience in an outsourcing, consulting, or software services environment.
