Scrum Master

Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting PI Planning and system demos, and tracking project schedules, costs, risks, and resources.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Reinforce Scrum, SAFe, built-in quality, work-in-process limits, and team operating rules.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, scope, and healthy team dynamics.
• Coach teams in problem-solving, continuous improvement, technical discipline, and effective collaboration.
• Coordinate with other Scrum teams, architecture, user experience, system teams, and shared services.
• Support ART activities and track project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification required; PMP certification is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year of Scrum team management experience and 1 year of product development experience in mechanical, hardware, or software design.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, presentation, ownership, learning, and adaptability skills.
• Good English skills in both oral and written communication.
