What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer interface for project-related activities, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Provide regular, structured status updates to customers, proactively managing risks and expectations.
• Coordinate factory integration to align build schedules with customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor test or electronics manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across global teams.
