What you will do

• Lead the Project and Programme Management practice across Customer Delivery.
• Establish consistent governance, delivery methodologies, project controls, and continuous improvement practices.
• Oversee delivery performance across portfolios, managing risks, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project and Programme Managers while supporting capability growth and succession planning.
• Use performance data to improve delivery processes, tools, workforce planning, and ways of working.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, Delivery Partners, and PMO teams to align priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading Project and/or Programme Management teams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project and programme methodologies, governance, and risk management.
• Experience managing performance, developing capability, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyse delivery performance and convert insights into practical improvement actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple portfolios, programmes, or business units.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation, change, or modernisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of PMO standards, assurance approaches, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Experience with workforce planning and capability strategy.
• SC Clearance.
