What you will do

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify and structure AI opportunities for clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable AI requirements.
• Assess AI and data maturity, evaluate data readiness, and build business cases.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, management, and technical AI teams.
• Guide clients through AI governance, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, data & analytics, or consulting.
• Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
• Proven experience defining AI roadmaps and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of Traditional AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI governance, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
