What you will do

• Facilitate discovery workshops and identify, structure, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Assess business value, feasibility, AI and data maturity, and data readiness.
• Translate business challenges into clear functional, analytical, and AI-related requirements.
• Build business cases and value estimates for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, management, AI architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and other specialists.
• Address AI governance, data quality, responsible AI, compliance, GDPR, and EU AI Act considerations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, data and analytics, consulting, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Experience defining AI roadmaps and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience evaluating transformation opportunities, building business cases, and conducting feasibility assessments.
• Understanding of Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, data platforms, and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or French is required.

• Experience with industry-specific regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of organizational change management and AI adoption strategies.
