What you will do

• Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs.
• Create and maintain requirements specifications and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes to find inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and propose process improvements and workflow changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users.
• Test and validate proposed solutions against defined performance objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analyst experience in a payment/financial services environment.
• Strong ability to write requirements specifications and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and sprints (JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint or equivalent).
• Basic Oracle SQL knowledge is required to be considered an additional asset.
