What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods and tailored solutions.
• Define core business needs and manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to implement digital platform enhancements.
• Facilitate high-stakes workshops and moderate decision-making processes to drive consensus.
• Prioritize complex backlogs and define non-functional requirements and constraints.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the corporate knowledge base to elevate collective expertise.

Requirements

• English: Advanced (C1) verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of IT experience working with international clients from initial concept to production.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and 1+ year of experience as an Agile practitioner.
• Expertise in establishing BA processes, including elicitation, decomposition, and modeling.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and various prototyping software.

• Knowledge of major architectural types.
• Practical experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
