TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (AI): Designing and managing the requirements lifecycle for an enterprise-scale AI Knowledge Management platform with an accent on RAG systems, content taxonomies, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on automating support ticket data synchronization, designing review-and-approval workflows, and integrating with NICE CXone.
Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Remote/Hybrid options available in Prague, Hradec Králové, and Zlín)

What you will do
- Lead project scoping and initial requirement shaping for an AI Knowledge Management platform.
- Define solution boundaries and product scope to prevent scope creep.
- Manage the product backlog, defining requirements and driving prioritization for the engineering team.
- Model complex requirements using UML and BPMN notations tailored to the project context.
- Design content taxonomies, KB article schemas, and review-and-approval workflows for multiple user roles.
- Coordinate the critical delivery interface between internal engineering teams and client-owned workstreams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology delivery projects.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation, including explicit management of deferred scope.
- Experience with taxonomy design, content modelling, and KB article schema definition.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be located in the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with AI, RAG, or knowledge management platforms.
- Familiarity with NICE CXone or similar contact center knowledge base platforms.
