Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead Discovery phases and analyze business needs across multiple domains.
• Elicit, define, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate complex requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process diagrams, and wireframes.
• Manage stakeholders, expectations, negotiations, relationships, and changing requirements.
• Analyze current and future system or process states and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and project managers on software and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and core business analysis processes.
• Experience with Discovery, stakeholder management, requirements decomposition, change management, and gap analysis.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, elicitation, refinement, documentation, analysis, and validation while identifying inaccuracies, assumptions, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Experience translating requirements for AI-enabled solutions into expected behaviors, constraints, inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, E-commerce, or MilTech.
• Experience with structured AI-assisted frameworks such as BMAD or Spec Kit.
