Lead, Medicaid Technology (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with three days per week in the office; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the Medicaid technology roadmap and align delivery with state and federal mandates.
• Translate Medicaid program requirements into technology solutions with business and IT leaders.
• Coordinate integrations across eligibility, enrollment, claims, provider, pharmacy, and care management platforms.
• Lead delivery of regulatory initiatives, testing strategies, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive interoperability between core platforms and vendor systems for compliant data exchange.
• Champion modernization using APIs, cloud capabilities, and data fabric solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including oversight of large technology implementations.
• Experience leading large-scale Medicaid or healthcare technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of managed care platforms, eligibility and enrollment systems, regulatory compliance, interoperability, and data governance.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and delivering IT initiatives in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, modern API frameworks, insurance products, benefits administration, and healthcare standards.
