What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, includhirify.global dialler campaigns, within service and quality standards.
• Resolve overdue, overdrawn, and over-limit accounts by arranghirify.global appropriate payment solutions.
• Identify customers experienchirify.global financial hardship and refer them to specialist Financial Support services.
• Assist with general enquiries, hardship support, and account-related matters.
• Complete administrative tasks, maintain accurate customer records, and support compliance with collections policies and regulations.
• Contribute to team performance and continuously develop collections and financial services knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in phone-based contact centre customer service, collections, or financial services.
• Strong communication and listenhirify.global skills for handlhirify.global sensitive conversations.
• Empathy, customer-first mindset, and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
