What you will do

• Manage customer accounts and contact clients regarding unpaid invoices.
• Create and maintain MS Excel reports to track and prioritize collection efforts.
• Supervise automated processes and robotic tasks related to debt collection.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Accounting team to ensure service quality.
• Process handovers to external debt collection agencies and manage write-offs.
• Participate in process improvements and new financial initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent command of German and English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage customer relationships.
• Experience with MS Excel for reporting and data management.
