Internship - Data Operations Officer (Banking): Maintaining customer KYC and identification data for a banking environment with an accent on data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational support. Location: Onsite in Luxembourg at Siège Lux House. This is a six-month internship beginning in October 2026, and a valid internship agreement from an educational institution is required.

What you will do
- Review and update individual and corporate customer KYC and identification data in line with current regulatory standards.
- Use banking KYC documents and operational tools to maintain data quality throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Provide cross-functional operational support to Private Banking, Retail Banking, and Wholesale Banking.
- Improve procedures in accordance with Group regulations and participate in developing risk-control tools.
- Detect administrative anomalies, operational risks, and malfunctions affecting customer data quality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree of at least three years in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Law.
- English and French are essential.
- Ability to provide a valid internship agreement from an educational institution.
- Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, autonomy, flexibility, and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative approach and initiative.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services.
- Knowledge of an additional language.
