TL;DR
Internship - Data Operations Officer (KYC/Data Quality): Maintaining customer identification and administrative data in line with regulatory standards, with an accent on KYC controls, data quality, and operational risk detection. Focus on supporting banking business lines, improving procedures, and developing tools that strengthen the bank’s risk coverage.

Location: Luxembourg (Siège Lux House); onsite

What you will do

  • Review and update individual and corporate customer KYC and identification data.
  • Ensure data meets current regulatory standards throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.
  • Provide operational support to Private Banking, Retail Banking, and Wholesale Banking business lines.
  • Improve procedures in line with Group regulations.
  • Contribute to developing tools that improve coverage of banking risks.
  • Identify administrative anomalies, operational risks, and malfunctions affecting data quality.

Requirements

  • Valid internship agreement from an educational institution is required.
  • Available for a six-month internship beginning in October 2026.
  • Completed or pursuing a three-year-plus degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Law.
  • English and French are essential.
  • Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, initiative, organization, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of an additional language.
