What you will do

• Visit clients' residences and businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
• Follow up with clients to support adherence to agreed payment deadlines.
• Document visits and client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with the legal team on unresolved cases requiring further action.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of field collection experience is preferred.
• Experience in debt collection or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally, empathetically, and persuasively.
• Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes.
• Ability to work as a field collector across Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other field-based roles.
