Annual base salary: $230,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap across onboarding, transaction processing, treasury, card issuance, and related banking capabilities.
• Lead products from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, iteration, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Write PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and delivery plans for complex banking and payment initiatives.
• Establish scalable product discovery, prioritization, launch, and review practices.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and retain product managers while leading distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance, risk, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure and compliant products.

Requirements

• Approximately 12–18 years of relevant product management experience, including at least 5 years leading product teams.
• Deep experience building and launching banking, payments, lending, or comparable financial products at scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of onboarding, transaction processing, ACH, RTP/FedNow, cross-border and multi-currency payments, treasury solutions, and card issuance.
• Experience with fraud prevention, risk monitoring, financial-crime controls, regulatory requirements, ledgering, reconciliation, and balance integrity.
• Ability to define product strategy, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, write detailed product documentation, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience hiring and developing product managers and leading distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Exposure to banking platforms or APIs, payment rails, treasury or card programs, fraud tooling, market expansion, and financial infrastructure.
• Technical background or degree in a quantitative field.
• Certified Payments Professional (CPP) certification or interest in obtaining it.
