Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Defining strategy and roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled capabilities to expand a global payments platform with an accent on payment infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability. Focus on designing reusable engagement models, managing relationships with sponsor banks, and translating complex payment flows into platform features.

Location: Remote within the US (Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina). Note: All new joiners must start their first day in one of the offices to collect equipment.

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for global sponsor bank propositions.
• Design reusable sponsor bank onboarding and engagement models for multi-jurisdiction expansion.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
• Translate regulatory and payment scheme requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Analyze domestic and international payment flows to identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience in Payments, Banking, or FinTech.
• Deep understanding of clearing, settlement, liquidity management, and payment schemes.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting partnership business cases.
• Must be based in CT, FL, NJ, NY, or NC.
