Senior Product Manager, Money Movement (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, California, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD in Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 USD in Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 USD in Zone 3.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for core money movement rails and vendor integrations.
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives that move assets and money faster while scaling payment infrastructure.
• Improve transaction success rates, reliability, latency, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering to deliver systems supporting deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure payment systems meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building complex financial infrastructure or money movement products.
• Experience with payment systems including ACH, wires, card networks, and stablecoins.
• Experience with fintech vendor integrations, data aggregators, product analytics, experimentation, and user research.
• Strong technical empathy and experience resolving architectural blockers with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to align senior stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and external partners.
