Manager, Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Define the strategy for large-order delivery, fleet development, dropoff quality, and customer experience.
• Identify, size, and validate new product and service opportunities for hirify.global for Business.
• Develop and lead 0-to-1 initiatives and create roadmaps for future growth.
• Execute short- and long-term plans with internal and external operators and field teams.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering.
• Use data and first-principles thinking to structure ambiguous problems and guide investment decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering against goals in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to produce actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
• Intermediate SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer-focused approach and comfort working with clients, merchants, Dashers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments without established playbooks.
