What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly commission cycles, ensuring accurate and timely sales incentive payouts.
• Investigate payout discrepancies and serve as the primary contact for sales compensation inquiries.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce manual errors.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, external regulations, and SOX requirements.
• Partner with Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting on end-to-end compensation processes.
• Support system upgrades, compensation tool implementations, stakeholder training, and process documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested formulas, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Ability to explain commission calculations simply and handle sensitive pay-related discussions professionally.
• Experience with sales compensation or incentive compensation management is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales Performance Management systems such as Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud.
• Experience in a high-growth international environment.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience building concise reports or dashboards in Excel.
