Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Administer day-to-day commissions operations and manage expense accrual files.
• Manage compensation plan administration, including electronic distribution and data validation.
• Execute variable compensation payments such as draws, bonuses, and SPIFF payouts.
• Configure and test commission systems to ensure alignment with the Global Sales Incentive Plan.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Operations to track changes in sales employee data.
• Perform ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to calculate commissions manually.
• Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar cloud-based incentive compensation tools.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and project management/collaboration tools.
• Must have valid US work authorization as the company does not provide immigration sponsorship.

• Experience with Spiff.
• Experience with Docusign.
