What you will do
- Administer monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for commissionable employees.
- Perform monthly audits and data reviews to ensure commission accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales incentive compensation inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Support new hires with compensation plan education and commission statement access.
- Maintain thorough records and audit trails for all compensation transactions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to implement plan logic in compensation tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or data analytics.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
- Hands-on experience with an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform (CaptivateIQ preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or data querying tools.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and process documentation.
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
