What you will do

  • Administer monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for commissionable employees.
  • Perform monthly audits and data reviews to ensure commission accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales incentive compensation inquiries and dispute resolution.
  • Support new hires with compensation plan education and commission statement access.
  • Maintain thorough records and audit trails for all compensation transactions.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to implement plan logic in compensation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or data analytics.
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform (CaptivateIQ preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or data querying tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and process documentation.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
