What you will do

  • Administer sales compensation plans for the global advertising sales organization.
  • Calculate quarterly payouts using SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus).
  • Perform UAT testing and implement compensation plan changes, auditing payouts for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR to optimize data sets and compensation processes.
  • Prepare monthly general ledger entries and support financial accounting reporting requirements.
  • Provide feedback and participate in the design of sales compensation policies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, preferably within technology or media industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus) or comparable software like Xactly.
  • Proficiency with automation or AI tools such as Alteryx, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
