Senior Associate, Food Access

Location: United States-based remote role, with listed locations including Washington, DC; Atlanta; Philadelphia; Boston; Raleigh-Durham; Miami; Los Angeles; Seattle; Chicago; Austin; and Denver.

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Support Project DASH and the broader food access portfolio.
• Manage partner relationships, portfolio health, and funding programs.
• Analyze food access initiatives with SQL and AI agents to identify trends and escalate issues.
• Build new delivery operations and strategic partnerships, including international programs.
• Represent hirify.global at external events and in media engagements.
• Collaborate independently and cross-functionally across public policy and community impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to use SQL for analysis and decision-making.
• Experience building and managing budgets.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Clear and empathetic communication with partners, cross-functional colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Passion for broadening food access; nonprofit experience is not required.
