Program Operations Lead

Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and evolution of revenue-driving partner referral and subscription programs.
• Manage end-to-end operations, including designing efficient triage processes for escalated issues.
• Optimize hirify.global Marketplace operations to reduce friction and improve partner onboarding and engagement.
• Implement scalable process improvements and leverage AI solutions to boost team capacity.
• Synthesize community feedback from surveys and forums into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Conceptualize and launch new initiatives to increase member engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or channel/partner ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in strategic program design and execution.
• Strong operational management skills with the ability to design scalable, end-to-end processes.
• Experience in lifecycle management for a platform or marketplace.
• Strong analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Must be able to work hybrid in the New York City headquarters.
