What you will do

• Lead and support a team of audio engineers while promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Create, refine, and iterate custom voices using advanced voice-production and audio-engineering techniques.
• Clean, edit, process, and prepare customer audio for high-quality voice cloning and generation.
• Translate customer and creative objectives into effective audio-engineering and voice-design solutions.
• Train, mentor, and provide best-practice guidance on audio workflows and AI-powered audio tools.
• Improve production workflows, consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes through hands-on technical expertise.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, mastering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with professional Digital Audio Workstations such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic Pro, or Ableton.
• Strong practical understanding of voice timbre, clarity, tone, delivery, and performance nuance.
• Experience working with clients, creative teams, producers, or technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading, mentoring, training, or technically guiding audio professionals.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, creative problem-solving, and production-quality skills.
