Audio Engineering Lead (AI)

Location: Global remote; optional office access in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Audio Engineers.
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices using AI audio tools and multiple voice-design techniques.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio for high-quality voice cloning and generation.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on audio tools and production best practices.
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as an audio engineering partner for customer workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, mastering, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton.
• Deep understanding of voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
• Professional English communication is required for global customer and team collaboration.
