What you will do

• Lead business analysis for Pega transformation projects in banking, capital markets, insurance, and other financial services environments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to identify requirements and process improvements.
• Define business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process models, data mappings, and business solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Pega implementations.
• Support Pega Constellation UX, modular application design, Common Data Model alignment, integrations, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Manage traceability, change requests, stakeholder communications, sign-offs, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business analysis or business architecture experience.
• At least 3 years delivering Pega-based solutions.
• Pega Business Architect Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Pega Infinity Platform and experience with Pega Constellation UX.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user journeys, business processes, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Common Data Model concepts, enterprise integrations, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Pega Lead Business Architect Certification.
• Experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, wealth management, lending, payments, or financial services operations.
• Large-scale digital transformation, consulting services, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
