What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Work with solution architects and developers to align business objectives with technical implementation.
• Participate in client workshops and support campaign and offer strategy definition.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution to validate business expectations.
• Analyze campaign data and performance to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle management.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
