What you will do

  • Provide national commercial coverage across hospital, EMS, military, and public safety portfolios.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities through territory planning and market analysis.
  • Support sales activities including customer meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, tenders, quotations, and implementation planning.
  • Build relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, procurement teams, government agencies, and other decision-makers.
  • Coordinate product education, evaluations, and implementation support with the Clinical Specialist.
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, marketing, operations, technical services, and customer service teams while sharing market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Clinical qualification or professional background in nursing or paramedicine, or demonstrated success in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
  • Experience building customer relationships and supporting sales, account management, or business development.
  • Ability to understand clinical and technical information and communicate clear customer value.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, influencing, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and other company systems.
  • New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid New Zealand work permit is required, along with a current full driver's licence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in acute care, emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, hospitals, EMS, defence, public safety, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated maturity, ambition, adaptability, and future leadership potential.
