What you will do

• Assess site risks across physical access controls, surveillance, procedures, and sensitive spaces, then drive remediation with Workplace and site partners.
• Respond as the on-site responder and incident commander during natural, human-made, and medical emergencies, coordinating handoffs to first responders.
• Build site Emergency Response Teams, maintain Emergency Response Plans, and run drills and tabletop exercises with the Global Operations Center.
• Support threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, de-escalation, investigations, and decision-ready reporting with HR and Legal.
• Deliver safety and security training, including First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed certification programs.
• Coordinate incident communications, corporate event security, executive visits, guest management, equipment readiness, and after-action reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in physical security, emergency services, or the military, including direct incident response experience.
• BLS, First Aid, AED, and Stop the Bleed certification, or the ability to obtain them; incident command training such as ICS and NIMS is required or must be obtained.
• Experience or interest in physical site risk assessments, access controls, surveillance, procedures, and remediation.
• Strong communication, investigative judgment, de-escalation, and decision-making skills in high-stakes situations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
