What you will do

• Perform 24/7/365 monitoring of facilities, access control, and alarm systems.
• Triage and escalate security incidents in real-time to ensure rapid response.
• Coordinate response efforts with Facilities, HR, and emergency services.
• Document and log incidents accurately using ticketing and mass-notification tools.
• Manage shift handoffs to maintain continuous operational visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA (On-site).
• 2+ years of experience in security monitoring, dispatch, or emergency communications (e.g., GSOC/SOC, law enforcement, or military).
• Proficiency with CCTV/VMS, access control platforms, and alarm monitoring software.
• Ability to operate multiple monitoring systems simultaneously during active incidents.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
