Intelligence Analyst (National Security Mission Support)

Location: Vienna, VA, United States; on-site. Some roles may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 per year.

What you will do

• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to assess threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence from multiple complex information sources for threat analysis, screening, and client operations.
• Develop fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with client standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Support identity resolution, information sharing, operational coordination, and broader national security mission activities.
• Maintain records, route correspondence, follow communication channels, and work within established organizational structures.
• Present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with government partners and mission staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; for an Intelligence Analyst I level position, 4 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments.
• Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems.
• Familiarity with intelligence processes, analytical methodologies, or operational mission environments.
• Strong analytical and research skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-focused operational environments.
• Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions.
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.
• Familiarity with analytical databases and intelligence research tools.
• Experience working in operational or shift-based mission environments.
• Additional experience or higher education for consideration for higher-level Intelligence Analyst opportunities.
