What you will do

• Define and drive hirify.global’s multi-model AI strategy and platform roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize developer needs through customer engagement and market trends.
• Partner with AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to integrate cutting-edge models.
• Lead growth experiments and adoption campaigns to validate product direction and scale usage.
• Collaborate with applied science teams to translate research into scalable platform features.
• Measure platform impact and drive systematic, metrics-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or product design (or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• 3+ years of experience working across AI/ML experiences, developer tooling, or new product development.
• 3+ years of experience delivering product roadmaps and status updates.
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to solve complex technical problems.
