Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: USD $124,000–$329,200 per year, with possible bonuses, stock, and other rewards depending on the role.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize developer needs through customer engagement, feedback, and market analysis.
• Define and drive hirify.global’s multi-model AI strategy and platform roadmap.
• Partner with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and emerging AI providers to evaluate and integrate advanced models.
• Collaborate with applied science, engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders to launch new product experiences.
• Lead growth experiments, adoption campaigns, and developer communications to validate and scale product direction.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize investments and measure platform impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, service, project, program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a related bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML experiences, developer tooling, or new product development.
• 3+ years of experience delivering product roadmap and status updates.
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries on projects involving complex technical problems.
• Technical or design-oriented product management experience with strong attention to detail.

• Understanding of developer tools and workflows used to translate tooling requirements into product roadmap features.
