What you will do

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for AI-enabled pre-construction workflows.
• Partner directly with customers to identify pain points and validate product utility.
• Translate discovery insights into high-quality PRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from prototyping through launch and iteration.
• Improve existing agentic workflows by balancing user value with technical feasibility.
• Define and track key product metrics to assess adoption, quality, and customer impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of taking products from ambiguous problems to measurable adoption.
• Experience working on AI-enabled products or complex technical workflows.
• Ability to work fluently with engineering teams on system behavior and technical trade-offs.
• Excellent customer-discovery skills and strong written communication.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.

• Prior experience in construction technology or pre-construction workflows.
