Principal Product Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead client discovery: stakeholder interviews, workflow/process analysis, AI use-case mapping, and prioritized recommendations.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align teams on product direction, decisions, and next steps.
• Own product strategy through build and implementation: translate strategy into buildhirify.global work and keep delivery grounded in client outcomes.
• Define outcome hypotheses, success measures, and learning plans; balance user value, business impact, feasibility, governance, and time-to-value.
• Design and evaluate AI-enhirify.globald products and workflows (including agentic experiences, automation, and human-in-the-loop decisions) with attention to privacy, security, reliability, and change management.
• Build hirify.global’s product strategy and design practice: methods, standards, AI-enhirify.globald workflows/artifacts, and coaching for the PM and design team.

Requirements

• Location: 100% remote within the USA.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product strategy/product management/design strategy/consulting/agency work or closely related product leadership (10+ years preferred).
• 2+ years leading product and/or design work through direct management, functional leadership, practice-building responsibility, or leadership of complex multidisciplinary engagements.
• Strong consulting acumen: leading client discovery, facilitating workshops, shaping recommendations, and building credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing, validating, or shipping AI-enhirify.globald products, agents, automations, internal tools, or AI-assisted workflows.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication in English are required.
