What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery and market research to identify pain points and strategic opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Partner closely with Engineering to manage the full product development lifecycle from definition to launch.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to support go-to-market efforts.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape product strategy and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience owning products or major initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Strong ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product decisions.
• Experience writing comprehensive product documentation and user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, or data-driven software products.
• Background in automotive technology, dealer technology, or automotive SaaS.
• Experience in product marketing or GTM strategy.
• Technical background in solutions consulting or solution architecture.
