Senior Application Architect (AI/Cloud)

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design and develop application architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Plan technical architectures, modify specifications, and define new applications, products, and services.
• Assess product and service compatibility to create integrated architectures across interdependent applications.
• Design enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, architecture decision records, and implementation roadmaps.
• Influence department strategy and make technical decisions for complex project components independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 or more years of experience as a senior developer on large IT projects.
• Prior experience as a project architect and/or team lead.
• At least 3 years of project experience with AI, cloud platforms, and HR platform SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting PHI/HIPAA information.
