Application Architect (Azure)

Location: National remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Align project-specific designs with the application architecture roadmap.
• Support project and product teams with functional and technical design activities.
• Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for products requiring application integration.
• Design and configure applications, develop prototypes, and connect solutions across systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of information technology experience, technical certification or college coursework and 6 years of experience, or 8 years of information technology experience.
• Experience in application or product feature design, application configuration, and solution architecture.
• Experience with Azure or Databricks, cloud computing, and SaaS or PaaS platforms.
• Experience with application development languages or platforms such as HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, PHCSC, Ruby, or C#.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous deployment or integration tools, integration technologies, and iterative, Agile, or Scrum development.
• Strong application domain knowledge, prototyping, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Product-specific application architecture experience.
• Ability to connect solutions across systems.
