Architecture Senior Advisor (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States. Occasional or permanent home working requires cable broadband or fiber service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Salary: $154,024–$231,000 per year. A separate anticipated annual salary range of $138,600–$231,000 is also stated, depending on experience and geographic location. The role may include an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers using Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Appium, and PyTest.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins while enforcing code quality and automated testing practices.
• Design AI-driven automation solutions for generative AI workflows, conversational features, and coding assistants.
• Build large-scale data-processing and data-driven testing frameworks with Apache Spark, Databricks, Scala, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deploy automation platforms on AWS and OpenShift using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes, integrating cloud testing providers.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with Cypress for web automation and WebdriverIO for mobile automation.
• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, SQL, database testing, and backend testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Java, Azure, Python, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Hybrid work based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States.
