Associate Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations

Location: Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: CAD 116,000–145,000 per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Develop pricing, fee, promotion, and affordability strategies that balance customer value, growth, and sustainable economics.
• Analyze performance data, build dashboards and financial models, and communicate recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify market-specific growth opportunities and lead initiatives from strategy and experimentation through execution and measurement.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities, test new ideas, and build scalable solutions for customer and business growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchant, Dasher, Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations teams to align priorities and remove blockers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, analytics, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, hypothesis development, opportunity sizing, and practical recommendations.
• Ability to combine analytical rigor with customer empathy and understand trade-offs between affordability, growth, and business economics.
• Experience using SQL and AI tools to analyze data, building dashboards, and developing high-level financial models.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive initiatives from recommendation through execution.
