Senior Analyst, Forecasting

What you will do

• Manage project processes, timelines, priorities, and communications with senior leadership.
• Drive operational initiatives and business outcomes across Global Support and Integrity Operations.
• Create reports, BI dashboards, and datasets to support urgent analytical needs.
• Lead demand planning for designated business lines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation.
• Scale planning processes to support the distinct needs and growth objectives of each business line.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, QuickSight, or Looker.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Experience designing metrics, collaborating with Data Scientists, and independently leading projects.
• Advanced English proficiency required for meetings, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma.
