Logistics Supervisor (Day/Night)

Location: Field office; day/night schedule. The role is based in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead and prioritize the work of the Logistics Specialist team.
• Select, coach, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports.
• Analyze dispatch plans, monitor onsite fuel volumes, and provide KPI-based feedback.
• Optimize truck utilization, revenue, transportation logistics profitability, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Supply and Distribution teams to identify market opportunities and execute plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• At least two years of logistics operations experience, including dispatch, routing, load planning, or optimization.
• Experience in truckload, less-than-truckload, or tanker operations preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, supervisory, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, analyze multiple data sources, multitask, and make decisions with significant financial impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or engineering preferred.
