Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

Location: Anywhere in the US; hybrid work organization from the office or home.

Salary: USD 140–160 yearly.

What you will do

• Provide legal advice on transactional, compliance, governance, and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, addenda, NDAs, termination letters, and other customer-facing contracts.
• Advise the Americas Sales Team on contract risks, commercial solutions, and legal requirements.
• Maintain contract templates, manage approval workflows, and coordinate contractual insurance endorsements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to address emerging requirements.
• Coordinate external counsel and support the adoption of AI-powered legal technology.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• At least 10 years of experience as a US practicing transactional lawyer.
• At least 3 years of SaaS negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, contract drafting, and stakeholder advisory skills.
