Associate General Counsel, Corporate (Robotics)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with an option to work hybrid from a commutable distance of the Salem, Oregon; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or Fremont, California offices. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $223,000–$290,000 USD per year, plus eligible equity, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support Board of Directors and committee governance, prepare Board materials and resolutions, and maintain corporate records across domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Help implement public-company governance practices, disclosure controls, and procedures.
• Support preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K and coordinate securities-law compliance with external counsel.
• Advise on acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, due diligence, transaction agreements, and post-transaction integration.
• Provide legal guidance on customer, partner, vendor, and employment-related matters while improving contract templates and internal processes.
• Coordinate compliance programs, enterprise risk management, internal investigations, external counsel, and legal budgets.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8–12+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience in corporate law, securities regulations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and ability to translate legal complexity into practical business guidance.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

• Corporate and securities law experience at a top law firm.
